About Ben
Ben specializes in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. He utilizes deep connective tissue massage along with the use of pressure points and stretching to relieve tight spots in your muscles. His work improves flexibility, range of motion, speeds up recovery and reduces risk of future injury. He treats various conditions, from frozen shoulder to sciatica or plantar fasciitis.
Ben has experience working with both amateur and professional athletes. He enjoys working with the local F&M Athletes as well as people of all ages and stages in our community. Many have used his service to treat injuries or improve their athletic performance.

Ben also has experience with prenatal massage and keeping women as comfortable as possible throughout their pregnancy.
Ben lives with his wife and two sons in Lititz, PA. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking with his family.
We are located at Liberty Place on Liberty Street in Downtown Lancaster, PA. We have a large private parking lot directly across the street from the building for your convenience.
